As our Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring flawless paperwork, communication with escrow/title companies, assisting with light admin tasks, and keeping our operations organized and moving. Ideal candidate is a team player with impeccable attention to detail that wants to work in a high paced environment and values personal growth.Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:

Open escrow for all purchase and wholesale transactions.

Track earnest money deposits and ensure timely submissions.

Manage closing timelines and coordinate all necessary signatures.

Prepare and double-check assignment contracts, amendments, and addendums.

Maintain CRM database and upload all documents promptly.

Coordinate listing preparation with our real estate agent (Nicolle).

Handle light rental coordination (basic tenant communication, maintenance scheduling).

Assist with light personal admin tasks (invoicing, document organization, calendar management).

Proactively flag and solve potential transaction issues before they escalate.

Provide weekly transaction reports to the Owner.Qualifications:

1+ years experience in real estate transaction coordination (preferred but not required if sharp enough).

Extreme attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines simultaneously without errors.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy: CRM systems, Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack.

Highly organized and proactive.About Company
