Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Salary: $22 - $25HR (based upon experience)

NURA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help our growing warehouse team. Primary responsibilities will be coordinating outbound shipping to customers, assist with international inbound shipments, and other various warehouse tasks as assigned. Ideal candidate is personable, professional with a sense of urgency in fast-paced, changing environment. We are looking for someone who can really take ownership of this role. Primary responsibilities include:

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate outbound shipping to customers from multiple warehouses.

Assist with international inbound shipment handling and tracking.

Monitor and track all shipments (inbound/outbound) to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage inventory levels and assist in inventory reconciliation.

Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, and internal teams to coordinate logistics

activities.

Assist in optimizing transportation routes and reducing shipping costs.

Provide support in resolving logistics-related issues and implementing process improvements. Proactively

address delivery delays or exceptions.

Perform other duties and projects assigned by the logistics manager.

Data entry for Logistics Related Scheduling & Costs.

Assist with freight claims, returns, and customer complaints related to delivery issues.

Ideal Candidate:

Have a sense of urgency and keen attention to detail.

Strong communicator with high organizational skills.

Ability to think quickly and make decisions when faced with delivery delays, carrier issues, or order discrepancies.

Customer focus aim to provide excellent service for customer experience.

Takes ownership of tasks and outcomes, follows through on commitments and accepts responsibility for anyerrors and delays.

Flexible and be willing to communicate off-hours as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience is logistics (trucking, inbound/outbound planning, warehousing) preferred but not required.

Minimum AA degree in business, logistics, or communications preferred but not required
