Lead and guide the work of technical staffs; serve as a point of contact for the OpCo. Help determine the technological needs of the OpCo. Implement / deploy the Core & Business systems to fulfil organizational requirements. Maintain / support the OpCo Infrastructure & IT service needs.
Define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes that conform to global guidelines.
Maintain the OpCo system landscape and roadmap
Analyse business requirements of IT throughout the OpCo
Focus to safeguard business continuity
Maintain essential IT operations, including management and monitoring of (vendors of) cloud and SaaS solutions in use.
Monitor performance of technology systems and processes to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the infrastructure.
Maintain OpCo Core & Business Platforms
Monitor & improve SLA performance for D&T services
Lead the technology team of the OpCo.
Develop and upskill the technology team
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related discipline
Good command in English, both written and spoken
8+ years of working experience in IT with minimum 3+ years in the management role
Proven experience in managing a team.
Excellent leadership skills
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders.
Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system performance monitoring, cloud, and mobile solutions.
Expertise in managing the implementation, configuration, and testing of solutions.
Strong understanding of business and processes
