Job Description

AJ's Family Fun Center in Comstock Park, MI is looking for one Weekend Operations Manager 11am-11pm Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday 11am=11pm, Sunday 11am=11pm & any additional flex hours weekdays are optional as needed or that meets your schedule to join our 42 person strong team. Opportunity can be considered for annual position if desired and earned. We are located on 4400 Ball Park Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed

Delegate tasks and projects and provide follow-up action

Ensure business quality standards are met

Develop and implement best practices to maximize team efficiency

Availability to work weekends and holidays during May-October.

Qualifications

Experience working as a manager

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize

Prior restaurant experience a plus

ServSafe Certification a plus

Building & Grounds experience a plus

General Maintenace experience a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
