JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, this is a highly visible role in the organization. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, responsible for leading financial planning and analysis and act as a guardian of financial insights for the Company Leadership Team. You will develop robust skills as part of this fast-paced function by interacting with a broad number of internal business partners and building organizational capabilities to drive profitability & customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Monthly Operating Reviews - Provide strong finance business partnership to the Site Finance Leadership Team at two sites - Fishers (Indiana) and Lexington (MA).
Improve analytics around weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecast files to drive towards annual and long-term financial targets
Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing variances to budget and forecast (OpEx, SG&A & CapEx).
Develop standard presentation material for site finance leadership review meetings.
Collaborate cross functionally with teams on a regular basis including partnering with the Heads of Program Management, Site Engineering, Quality and Process Development.
Assist in ad-hoc financial modelling requests by the VP – GM as needed.
Oversee all aspects of the consolidation for forecasting and budgeting, which includes developing standard templates for monthly, quarterly forecast and annual budget
Develop and maintain standard tools and dashboard of KPI's for Company Leadership Team – Revenue, EBITDA, Cash flow, Working Capital Metrics, Productivity etc.
Support the Accounting organization on monthly & quarterly close, including calculation of monthly accruals and performing a complete P&L audit to support an effective close cycle.
Lead special finance automation projects and initiatives as needed. Drive continuous improvement in processes to help the company scale in the next phase of growth.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Operations, HR and to align on forecasts, budgets, and performance targets.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Deep understanding of business drivers, industry trends, and how financial metrics impact company performance.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 3- 4 years of related experience or Bachelors degree in Finance & Accounting + MBA with 2 years of related experience.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and engage with all levels of leadership.
Strong computer software skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of finance ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hyperion Planning, SAP).
