$600,000 - $645,000 base salary, depending on experience

About the position:
Schedule will be M-F8am-4:30pm, rotating call
Clinic schedules around 15 patients per day
Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
