Position Summary:

We are seeking a Metal Stamping Estimator to develop accurate proposals, price quotes, and related information to meet customer needs and support our sales function. The ideal candidate will focus on quoting metal stamping parts and tooling components while ensuring customer satisfaction and the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop proposals and price quotes for metal stamping parts and tooling components across various industries.

Ensure accuracy in pricing and alignment with customer specifications.

Support the sales function by providing timely and detailed estimates.

Leverage knowledge of raw materials, progressive stamping manufacturing methods, and stage tooling to produce competitive quotes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum manufacturing experience required.

College degree preferred, with a focus on Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Basic understanding of the metal stamping industry, including materials, methods, and processes.

Knowledge of stage tooling, progressive dies, and fixtures.

Skills:

Proficiency with AutoCAD (SolidWorks) and ProE systems preferred.

Familiarity with JobBOSS is a plus but not required.

Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Strong estimating and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to interpret specifications and deliver precise estimates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and quick to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
