Job Overview:

Join our innovative team as a Senior UI/UX Product Designer specializing in AI products. In this role, you will create and design seamless and visually appealing user experiences for our AI-driven products. This role demands expertise in responsive design, high-fidelity prototyping, and a keen ability to conduct user research and translate users needs into defined design features.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients/users to understand their pain points and participate in the early stages of project development

Translate user needs into clear design features to be shared with the team

Contribute to the writing of design solution proposals

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a usercentric approach

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align product goals and user requirements

Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively

Contribute to the documentation process of product design requirements

Test and provide feedback on the company-developed products

Conduct user research, including user studies and usability testing, to inform and validate design decisions

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of UI/UX design experience, showcasing proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Applicant must submit their portfolio: the portfolio should not only showcase design aesthetics but also highlight the problem-solving process and the impact of the designs on user experiences

A strong portfolio highlighting successful projects with a focus on intuitive and visually

appealing interfaces

Proficient in conducting user/client meetings to identify their challenges, effectively

communicating these insights to team members, and devising clear design solutions

Ability to lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address usability issues

effectively

Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design solutions

A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams

Ability to adapt to evolving product requirements and embrace a dynamic and fast-paced

work environment

Technical educational background, such as in computer science, software engineering, or related fields

Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies

Experience in data visualization and statistics

Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus
