About the Role:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring administrative success across multiple departments, supporting accounting, payroll, HR, compliance, office organization, and company communications. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a wide variety of responsibilities and values being a key part of a supportive, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Office Administration
Maintain an organized and polished office space and all back-of-house storage areas.
Enforce office rules and guidelines.
Process gift card sales, manage credit card chargebacks, and organize employee locker assignments.
Support donation initiatives, maintain office supply inventory, and coordinate service calls for office equipment.
Manage tech issues with IT, monitor office supply budgets, and perform monthly permit audits (fire safety, ansul inspections, etc.).
Assist management with various operational tasks as needed.
Train new employees in operational procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist with payroll administration and benefits enrollment.
Audit hourly timecards and schedules to ensure payroll accuracy.
Generate reports related to overtime, worked hours, and payroll audits.
Process employee reimbursements upon Finance approval.
Employee Relations & HR Support
Coordinate staff engagement activities, team outings, and enrichment programs.
Support recruiting efforts including posting ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Oversee onboarding for new hires including ADP system setup, paperwork distribution, and training document management.
Process employee terminations, maintain digital and physical employee files, and support compliance audits.
Manage unemployment and workers compensation claims in collaboration with HR.
Handle employee changes such as pay adjustments, status updates, and personal information updates.
Culture & Brand Standards

Present a polished and professional image and maintain respectful communication with guests, vendors, and coworkers.
Attend all meetings and training sessions and uphold safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
1+ years of proven administrative experience; HR support experience preferred.
1+ years of experience with ADP WorkforceNow or similar payroll platforms.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to stay composed and professional in a high-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS, reservations systems, inventory management) is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards.
Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain per company policy.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
Sit or stand for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
Occasional travel between locations as needed.
