Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain a detailed and updated database of clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency in information.
Develop and nurture relationships with clients through consistent follow-up calls and emails.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance appointment-setting effectiveness.
Manage a high volume of outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the lead generation and appointment-setting process.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and set appointments efficiently.
Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and familiar with CRM software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections effectively and think on your feet.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
