Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of preparing, submitting, and following up on tenders and proposals. They analyze tender requirements, coordinate with internal teams, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification and Analysis:
Identify and analyze tender opportunities from various sources, understand requirements, and assess feasibility.
Proposal Preparation:
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information, prepare comprehensive proposals, and ensure they meet all requirements.
Cost Estimation and Pricing:
Work with finance and procurement teams to prepare cost estimates and competitive pricing strategies.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, including certifications, licenses, and compliance statements.
Submission and Follow-up:
Submit tenders on time, track their status, and follow up on any issues.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
