Your Key Responsibilities

Supporting the HR Delivery team in different process areas, such as HR Data Management or Administration of Trainings

General data maintenance in HR systems

Supporting the documentation management

Participation in operational meetings

Other ad hoc HR administration tasks

Your Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP HR or Service NOW

Communicative German and at least good English language skills

Organizational talent with strong skills in communication

Customer oriented approach & can-do attitude

Flexibility and openness to new challenges and experiences

Self-driven and ready to learn from others
