Senior Security Engineer

BINGO industries are looking for our newest Senior Security Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn!

Role & Responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Security Engineer / Senior Security Engineer across Cloud platforms and security controls

Security Engineering hands on experience & skills across multi-vendor, multi-domain enterprise security controls

Security Engineering hands on experience & skills across multi-vendor, multi-domain enterprise security controls

Advanced Core Networking experience & skills required to troubleshoot, configure & maintain enterprise security controls

Sound knowledge, skills & experience across enterprise security architecture. This involves choosing appropriate security technologies and configuring them effectively

Advanced sills & exp across VPN technologies

Develop and maintain security tools and processes to automate security tasks and improve security resilience

Next Gen Firewalls technical expertise & advanced skills

Cloud Internet Security gateway advanced knowledge, skills, and experience

Next Gen Firewall advanced security modules (IPS, DLP, Anti Malware, SSL inspection, Application control) advanced knowledge, skills & experience

Conduct UARs – User Access Reviews leveraging stake holder engagements

Sound knowledge of Linux operating systems and exp patching or installing new Linux OS

Basic Linux scripting skills

Team player & the ability to sometimes work extra hours (including some weekends when necessary)

Learn new security engineering concepts on the fly as require

What makes you a GOgetter:

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in designing, implementing, managing & maintaining Enterprise Security Controls

Hands on experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting & maintaining (patching) next gen firewalls

Hands on experience implementing changes on Next Gen Firewalls

Hands on experience patching Enterprise Next Gen Firewalls in a HA mode (Critical Function & Requirement)

Hands on experience implementing, configuring & fine tuning below:

IPS / IDS

Anti Malware solutions

DLP solutions

SSL inspection function

OT / SCADA security controls

SIEM platform

Email security Gateways

VPN gateways

Vulnerability Assessment Tools

Cloud based native & third-party security controls

Industry Security certificates against any of the above-mentioned security technologies will be given preference along with knowledge, skills & years of experience
