What you'll do...
Support business users in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Warehouse Management (WM) with hands-on troubleshooting
Resolve issues related to order entry, shipping, invoicing, picking, packing, and inventory movements
Walk users through transactions like sales orders, deliveries, billing, and warehouse transfers
Investigate broken process flows — find out where things stalled, why, and how to fix them
Monitor stock movements and bin-level issues to keep warehouse operations moving
Escalate technical issues to the right teams (ABAP, Basis) with clear context and steps to replicate
Run standard SAP reports to trace problems and validate fixes before closing tickets
Create quick-reference guides and how-tos to help users solve common problems
Log and manage support tickets in tools, keeping users updated
Help test changes and new features to make sure they work before they roll out
What we're looking for...
Solid experience supporting SAP SD in a hands-on, end-user-facing role
Working knowledge of SAP WM processes — enough to track and resolve day-to-day issues
Comfortable navigating SAP with transaction codes and standard tools (VA01, VL01N, LT01, etc.)
Good grasp of how SD and WM processes connect — sales to delivery, picking to invoice
Able to explain SAP issues to business users in plain language
Familiar with how to spot and flag integration issues — especially IDocs and document flow gaps
Experience using a ticketing or service desk system to manage workload and resolution tracking
Strong communicator who documents issues clearly and follows through
Detail-oriented — double-checks, verifies fixes, and doesn’t leave things half-done
Works well with IT and business teams — knows when to own it and when to escalate
