Joining us at our Headquarters in Hedehusene, you become part of our portfolio management office. Here, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of 14 people, who drives strategy deployment across the Group and assists senior management with various analyses and decision support. Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
We are creating business transparency and decision material for the Business development director and portfolio management office. As our coming Student Assistant, you will handle exiting tasks and minor projects independently within business analysis. What you will be doing
You can look forward to:
Developing various strategic analyses across our full project portfolio, which consists of 1500 projects and 1000+ MEUR in investment across our +50 production lines.
Preparing meeting materials and slide decks for the Board and senior management. Thus, your contribution will be to Improve our basic presentations but also develop ad hoc presentations – with guidance from the experienced colleagues.
Maintain and improve our data quality with projects and portfolio.
Creating models (Excel and Power BI) and making decision material to guide senior management.
Being exposed for working closely with management at Vice president and Director level
You can expect a steep learning curve ahead of you – luckily, we also guarantee that you will receive lots of feedback from your manager and your team colleagues, who is always available for you to bounce ideas off.
What you bring
To succeed, you will need to be curious, proactive and have a strong drive. You enjoy problem-solving and possess excellent analytical capabilities as well as skills in developing presentation material. Thus, we are asking for you to upload your grades so they will be part of the overall evaluation.
Together, these skills are what enable you to answer challenging questions, solve complex problems, and navigate at different levels of an organisation.
We are imaging that you are:
Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, E.g., cand merc (AEF, FSM or FIR)
Have an organised approach to the task at hand – and ability to work with and systematise complex material.
Passionate about data and creating actionable insights.
Is a PowerPoint and Excel superuser.
Is well versed in Microsoft Office tools and apps.
