We are now preparing for our commercial launch in Uganda and seeking a driven, trustworthy individual to serve as the point of support for our customers.
Position Overview We are hiring a Customer Support Associate who will manage front-office operations, act as Level 1 (L1) support, and assist with essential reporting.
This role is key to building early trust with our customers and ensuring operational excellence as we scale.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Reception Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and visitors at our Kampala office.
Handle basic customer queries, document collection, and onboarding support.
Direct complex customer issues to relevant internal teams (L2/L3 escalation). Ensure a friendly, professional, and organized front-office experience.
Administrative Operations Manage incoming calls, scheduling, mail handling, and internal coordination.
Support routine office functions, including inventory of supplies and vendor coordination.
Maintain logs of customer interactions and visits.
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support Assist with compiling and submitting required monthly/quarterly reports to BOU.
Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all filings are timely and accurate.
What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative roles (front desk/reception preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—friendly, patient, and professional.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with digital tools.
Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments is a plus.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask.
