The Team

You will be joining a collaborative and experienced team within the Transaction Banking Services division. The team prides itself on precision, efficiency, and compliance, ensuring smooth and secure processing of daily financial operations.

The Role

This is a contract position focused on supporting daily remittance operations. You will perform checking functions, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and participate in system upgrades and testing. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence during a key project period.

The Requirements

University graduate preferred (diploma or above acceptable)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cheque and remittance operations

Strong understanding of payment processing

IT literate with a logical mindset

Excellent communication skills

Motivated, creative, and team-oriented

Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime if required

Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

Knowledge of systems such as Outlook, MS Office, ISIS application, and external platforms like FPS and Dow Jones is a plus
