Job Description
Premier digital printing company in Portland Oregon is busy. Due to client demand and growth the company is searching to hire an experienced Print Customer Service Representative.
Duties include:
Order entry and job tracking throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and occasional on-site.
Ensure proper materials and information are provided to manufacturing to complete jobs.
Act as the liaison among the clients, sales and production departments keeping all parties informed of updates and changes.
Coordinate with outside vendors as needed.
Qualifications include:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' customer service or project management experience in digital high speed printing operations and/or commercial multi-color 40" sheetfed printing.
Working knowledge of direct mail printing a plus.
Must have strong communication and follow through skills.
Able to multi-task several projects simultaneously maintaining quality and on-time deliveries.
Attention to detail required.
Working knowledge of a Print Management System such as EFI, ePace, Pace, Hagen, Monarch, etc. preferred.
Proficient on MSO.
Starting base salary range $55,000 - $70,000 plus excellent benefits, 401k match and profit sharing plan.Company Description
