Job Description
We are looking for a CNC Machinist/Programmer who is detail-orientated, and hardworking with a positive attitude to join our family of off-road enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
Precision Machining
Operate and maintain a variety of machining equipment, including CNC lathes and mills.
Ensure the quality and precision of machined parts through rigorous inspection and measurement, making necessary adjustments to meet tolerances.
Assist in selecting the appropriate materials and tooling for each project based on requirements and constraints.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Programming and Design
Interpret models and design fixtures for machined parts.
Conduct Mastercam programming for 3 and 4 axis mills and lathes.
Adapt and improve existing designs based on feedback and prototyping outcomes, while ensuring compatibility with machining constraints.
Engineering Collaboration
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate design concepts and drawings into functional products.
Maintain accurate records of all machining processes, to support research and development efforts.
Collaborate closely with in-house machining and 3D printing teams to develop and refine prototypes, ensuring improvements and functional integration of mechanical designs.
Qualifications:
CNC machining experience.
Strong programing experience using Mastercam
SolidWorks experience a plus
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles.
Ability to collaborate with a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
