A manufacturing company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the Technical Sales Engineer

5+ years of experience in the plastics molding industry; knowledge of plastic injection molds

Sales experience

Plastic product knowledge

Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Engineer

Manage existing customer accounts and actively develop new business opportunities.

Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and expectations.

Effectively prioritize and organize daily tasks, working independently.

Prepare and present technical quotations using industry-specific language and terms, and process customer orders.

Maintain accurate records and update customer sales data in CRM systems.

Create and deliver sales presentations to customers.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the plastics industry through reading publications, attending trade shows, networking, and engaging with professional organizations.

Full Time, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $100,000 - $125,000 a year, depending on experience
