Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support marketing campaigns, manage digital content, coordinate events, and help ensure our brand message is consistent and strong across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Manage social media accounts, create posts, and track engagement metrics.

Coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, email newsletters).

Update and maintain the company website and marketing databases.

Support event planning and tradeshow coordination.

Assist with internal communications and branding projects.

Provide administrative support to the marketing department.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

1–2 years of marketing experience preferred (internship experience counts).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and email marketing tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
