Job Description
We are seeking a Dispatcher / Scheduler / Coordinator / Office Admin to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Supervise some field technicians with regard to schedules and required reports
Assist management with a variety of tasks
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Answer phone calls and collect information to get customers to the right department
Support the bookkeeping procedures for the company and accept payments.
Create and update databases and records for financial information and other data
Track and replace supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Submit reports and prepare estimates as industry knowledge grows
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Perform all other office tasks
Maintain a professional work environment while simultaneously having fun working hard
Qualifications:
A genuine desire to serve others
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask, sometimes under stress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
