Loudoun Counseling & Coaching, LLC aims to bring mental health, physical health, and financial well-being services to Virginia residents under one roof. The demand for services now requires us to hire more contractors. Those seeking day-time hours during the weekday, especially for in-person counseling are a plus, but evenings and weekend therapists are welcome as well. Yes, the job can be done remotely, but hybrid services would be ideal.

Job Responsibilities: Therapists and Psychologists (Clinicians) in this position will provide Psychotherapy and/or psychological assessments to individuals, families, and/or groups in areas of their treatment specialty with a very competitive revenue sharing and the ability to create your own work schedule. In-person sessions will take place on site in our Sterling (Dulles area), VA office. Online sessions must take place on a HIPAA compliant platform. Clinicians must be able to work with diverse populations, but also be able to recognize your biases because everyone cannot work with everyone (for example - working with a triggering population for you, for example DV victims, will not be effective for the client or for you as a clinician). The ideal candidate will have experience with behavioral, mental, and emotional disorders; diagnosis criteria, assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention modalities, crisis intervention, and referrals. Flexible day or evening scheduling available. Bi-lingual capabilities is a plus.

Job Requirements: Clinicians must possess a Master’s degree. A professional license (LCSW, LCP, LMFT, or LPC) to practice mental health therapy in the state of Virginia is most ideal. Supervision towards LCSW licensure is available. You must also be able to pass background checks.Company Description
