Job Title: Functional Track Lead – Procurement

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Track Lead – Procurement to join our team. This role is critical in managing the Procurement track within Oracle Cloud, ensuring successful incident resolution, enhancement delivery, and end-user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle Cloud expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of procurement-related business processes. Key Responsibilities:

Workload Management:

Oversee and prioritize all activities within the Procurement track, including incident resolution and enhancements.

Manage service levels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of enhancements.

Update business users in case of risks related to missed service levels.

Collaboration and Communication:

Act as the primary liaison with Business Process Owners and business users.

Participate in daily stand-ups, as well as weekly and monthly Procurement meetings.

Coordinate with business users to gather detailed requirements for tickets and enhancements.

Work closely with the Delivery Manager to escalate Oracle SRs requiring additional attention.

Issue Resolution and Impact Analysis:

Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents and problems).

Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle Cloud releases and enhancements on the Procurement track.

Manage Oracle SRs (Service Requests) for the Procurement track to ensure resolution.

Enhancements and Business Alignment:

Collect business requirements and collaborate with functional analysts on design, effort estimations, and delivery.

Coordinate with business users to prioritize new enhancements based on business needs.

Ensure end-user satisfaction by aligning deliverables with business goals.

Skill Set Requirements:

Oracle Cloud Expertise:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configurations and troubleshooting across the Procurement track.

Proficiency in Oracle modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing, Agreements), Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, OTM, and Maintenance.

Application Management Service Delivery:

Strong skills in managing service delivery and incident/problem resolution.

Business Process Knowledge:

In-depth functional knowledge of procurement-related business processes.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Procurement Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement track implementations and support.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Serve as the main point of contact for business users and process owners regarding the Procurement track.

Attend and contribute to daily stand-up meetings and other team discussions.

Manage and track Oracle SRs, ensuring timely escalation when needed.

Collaborate with business users to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment on enhancements.

Conduct regular impact analyses for new system releases and updates.

Ensure user satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and proactively addressing concerns.
