Schedule Notes:
Permanent Shift Work Days: Sun, Mon, Tues with alternating Sat. Permanent Shift Work Hours: 6:00PM – 6:00AM.
Preferred start date: As soon as possible. Training dates/times: Thurs, Fri, Sat with alternating Wed 4:30AM – 5:00PM for 5-6 weeks.
Contract duration: approximately 3-4 months. Potential to extend to 2 years.
Job Title: Process Technician - CW
Duties:

Maintain 300mm Wafer tool processing in a safe, orderly and efficient manner in Class 10 cleanroom environment R&D Lab
Operations of process tools and metrology tools
Clear documentation and communication via email, IM, Excel spreadsheets, internal systems
Following BKMs and procedures accurately
Preparing and executing instructions from Engineers/management
Looking ahead to prep upcoming experiments in advance
Follow laws to take breaks and lunch, be accountable for oneself
Daily housekeeping of designated lab areas
Staying up to date on required WBTs (web-based training)
Stopping and asking when things are unclear/unsafe to Engineers and management
Reviewing results for pre-measurement by verifying particle and thickness data
Basic trouble shooting of alarms and documentation of alarms
Sending daily passdown at shift end
Walking ~3-8 miles per day
Lifting ~20 pounds regularly (FOUPs/FOSBs)
Carrying FOUPs/FOSBs regularly/daily while walking through Lab and to various buildings (~20lbs)
Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities
