Role: Senior Consultant
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 108571 – 119893 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing Entra ID premises, design and architecture of the Directory infrastructure.
Undertake requirement gathering, analysis, design and technical activities on the Entra ID administration.
Participate in the design, strategizing meeting to feed inputs on the AD transformation roadmap.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge & experience, including configuration of Windows Domain Infrastructure including Active Directory, Keytabs, DNS, DHCP, Splunk, SIEM tools and Public Key Infrastructure
Document and administer DR processes and implement remedial actions when required.
AD sync between cross tenancy without any failures and deliver hassle free outcomes.
Hands on experience in On-Prem and Entra ID infra and perform engineering activities.
Develop HLD documents and do run through with leadership to demonstrate technology roadmaps.
Configuring Entra ID services to meet the needs of the organization.
Implementing and managing cost-effective cloud systems
Troubleshooting and resolving Azure services-related issues
Essential:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred:
Hands on Promotion and Demotion of Domain Controllers
Good knowledge on DFS Management
Add/Remove and configure Active Directory sites, subnets and site links.
Working knowledge of GPOs, Trust, AD Replication Topology, and native AD troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge on DNS and DHCP
Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
Good knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy
Experience in IT infrastructure management in Banking Domain
Self-motivated who takes initiative and works well in a team environment with the ability to meet deadlines
Must have significant windows server 2008/2012/2016/2019 support & administration experience
Work with different application team for setting up the authentication and assist in identifying apps/systems configuration related to active directory.
Strong understanding of AD attributes, LDAP Queries, Powershell scripting to modify AD attributes, GPO configuration & Analysis.
Should have knowledge on troubleshooting Active Directory Infrastructure performance issues
Additional Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
