Senior Process Engineer
Description -

Indigo is a full-stack company – we do R&D, manufacturing presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat), Marketing, Sales, and field service.
We are looking for NPI/Process Engineer who will be responsible for the ink manufacturing process and technologies. You will lead engineering team projects on the process and technology sides and collaborate with the R&D to define manufacturing procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end hands-on investigation of process problems and
Root cause analyses.
Define new processes and specifications.
Work closely with the R&D and SSM teams to define manufacturing procedures.
Deliver NPI products, working windows, and manufacturing instructions to the production team, including specifications and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring that engineering deliverables are as per Project specification
Responsible for delivering complete documentation for new processes.
Lead process problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. M.A in material/chemical engineering is an advantage.
OR Bachelor's degree in material or chemistry engineering with mechanics experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a process engineer in a multidisciplinary production environment.
Experience in mechanical engineering - a significant advantage
Experience in a similar industry/plastics/cosmetics industry- advantage
Ability to progress in more than one project at a time
Positive can-do hands-on attitude
Creative thinking, ability to investigate and find solutions, apply tools and technology to produce results
Excellent teamwork skills while having the ability to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The position is defined for a two-year period with an option for extension
