Status: Part Time
Shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do:
As our Administrative Assistant (Maintenance) you'll be the first point of contact for many, providing friendly and efficient assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
Exceptional Customer Service: Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing callers to the appropriate personnel.
Administrative Support: Create and edit documents, including letters, memos, reports, and forms, using Microsoft Word and Excel. Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
Invoice Processing: Process invoices for supervisor approval, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Phone System Management: Maintain the Redstone phone system, including updating connection spreadsheets, processing new connection requests and work orders, managing porting requests, and coordinating with and families.
Safety Committee Support: Provide administrative support to the Safety Committee, including scheduling meetings, tracking attendance, and distributing minutes.
Support: Travel to and train new Villa on the use of their Guardian alarm systems, ensuring their safety and peace of mind.
Supply Management: Maintain adequate stock levels and order supplies as needed.
Communication & Collaboration: Communicate needs to the appropriate supervisors and collaborate effectively with various departments.
General Office Duties: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and mail preparation.
What You'll Need:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
