Corporate Controller

Overview

Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Office, Greensburg, PA

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

The A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Corporate Controller. Ideal candidates will have an active CPA with work experiences that include international entities and compliance with IFRS directives.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and implement recommendations to ensure compliance with IFRS directives

Manage efficiency and accuracy of internal control structure

Communicate effectively with global leadership to present accounting processes and reports

Direct and implement automated accounting systems ensuring the integrity of all manual and automated systems

Manage process and procedures for producing IFRS compliant consolidated financial statements

Manage and report on CAPEX and warranty reserves

Oversee monthly progress billing reviews

Oversee technical accounting practices

Support external auditors

Qualifications

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

CPA Required

Experience Required:

10 years of work experience in an accounting role

3+ years of experience in a managerial role

Experience with complex international accounting practices including multiple subsidiaries and currencies

Strong grasp of IFRS directives
