RF Engineer III - In-Building / iBwave
Primary Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (based on candidate's time zone)
Role Overview:
Join the National In-Building PMO RF Design team, collaborating with submarket teams, enterprise sales, and senior leadership. You'll be responsible for RF design and implementation of enterprise in-building projects and DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), along with executive-level presentations and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate in-building RF designs in iBwave.
Complete RF paperwork and regulatory documentation for assigned projects.
File 911 and FCC regulatory paperwork.
Collaborate with senior RF engineers to support projects nationwide.
Present findings and design plans to leadership, including Directors and VPs.
Must-Have Skills:
iBwave Certification and hands-on iBwave design experience.
In-depth knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines.
Proficient in tools like:
Atoll, Fuze/Siterra, Roofmaster/Roofview
MapInfo, Windcatcher
RF Optimization experience for Nortel, Motorola, and/or Nokia infrastructure.
Familiarity with RAN and DAS OEM systems.
Strong expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Well-versed in engineering concepts and able to quickly learn new technologies.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks in high-pressure situations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent telecom industry experience).
5-8 years of experience in RF Design with a focus on indoor systems.
