Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:

Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.

Goal Setting: Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.

Campaign Design: Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.

Candidate Response: Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.

Session Organization: Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).

Application Process: Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.

Applicant Tracking: Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.

Report Generation: Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.

Support: Support the Retention Manager as needed.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.

Positive Environment: Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.

Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications for a Driver Recruiter:

Experience: Experience in Recruiting and/or preferred Sales
