Identifying, positioning, and securing Chemelex products with data center developers across the USA and Canada
Be able to understand key business trends, changes, or shifts in the data center vertical marketplace and proactively position to where project activity will follow
Developing and handling relationships with key data center developers and specifying engineers to ensure Chemelex brand preference
Leveraging and advancing key relationships, whether directly or in cooperation with Regional and Area Sales Managers, for additional growth across geographic regions and industrial markets
Working closely with internal teams to ensure that demand generation activities can be fully supported internally
Identify and qualify potential OEM partners to expand Chemelex offerings with complementary product offerings
Be accountable for developing account and opportunity-specific growth strategies/plans that lead to winning outcomes and sustainable long-term growth. This may include assisting sales teams in leading large project efforts, setting strategies, negotiating favorable terms, and closing deals YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ideally 5+ years of prior sales or business development experience in the data center space
Ability to work 100% remote from a home office and travel on average 50% of the time across the US and at times Canada
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at the highest applicable level of customer organizations
Strong understanding of the specification sales process
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal direction
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Pay Transparency
The pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee's work location.Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.
Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.
Total Target Cash Range: Geographic Region A: $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 +Geographic Region B: $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 +Geographic Region C: $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 +
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
