Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time On-Call Rotation

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at a luxury residential property in downtown Columbus. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in apartment maintenance who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Complete work orders and perform routine maintenance on residential units and common areas

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues

Assist with apartment turns and preventative maintenance

Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation

Ensure property grounds and equipment are well-maintained

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with residents and staff

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site apartment maintenance

Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (no felonies)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills
