We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM TRIRIGA Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in implementing and configuring IBM TRIRIGA solutions for State, Local, or Federal clients, coupled with expertise in front-end development, reporting tools, and integration methodologies. This role will involve all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including technical implementation, functional process design, and end-user training.
Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in the technical implementation of IBM TRIRIGA for public sector clients.
Perform application configuration, UX/UI customization, and report development within the IBM TRIRIGA environment.
Utilize front-end technologies such as React, Google Polymer, CSS, and HTML to enhance the user experience.
Develop and implement Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) reports to meet client requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy 3rd-party application-specific integrations for IBM TRIRIGA utilizing:
SOAP API
OSLC REST API
IBM TRIRIGA Data Integrator, Data Connect, and Data Load Manager
Deliver functional process design services across the real estate and facilities management lifecycle in support of IBM TRIRIGA implementations.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on the IBM TRIRIGA system and related real estate and facilities management processes.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for IBM TRIRIGA implementations.
Stay current with the latest IBM TRIRIGA features, functionalities, and related technologies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the technical implementation of IBM TRIRIGA for State, Local, or Federal clients.
Strong technical skills in IBM TRIRIGA application configuration, UX/UI development, and report creation.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies including React, Google Polymer, CSS, and HTML.
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrations using SOAP API, OSLC REST API, and IBM TRIRIGA data integration tools (Data Integrator, Data Connect, Data Load Manager).
Experience in delivering functional process design services within the real estate and facilities management domain.
Experience in developing and delivering end-user training programs for enterprise software solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant IBM TRIRIGA certifications are a plus.
