Responsibilities

Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person to collect outstanding payments.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.

Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients as needed.

Resolve disputes and issues related to billing and payments.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth account management.

Prepare and send out collection letters and notices.

Monitor accounts for delinquency and follow up on overdue payments.

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Handling small claimms filing and court appearances.

Lien & Releases.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus.

Proven experience in collections or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collection software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.

Salary info:

$25 - $30 / hr
