Your responsibilities will include:
Processing a range of financial transactions (e.g., check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments) while accurately balancing these transactions.
Serving customers and banking personnel at the lobby or drive-up window with efficiency.
Identifying potential cross-sell opportunities and directing customers to the appropriate bank personnel.
Acquiring skills to recognize potential fraud and reporting to management as necessary, while complying with all departmental, bank, and regulatory policies.
Participating in community events and possibly being responsible for bank opening/closing.
Qualifications for this role:
Minimum of 6 months experience in cash handling or customer service.
High school degree or equivalent required.
Willingness to travel between branches when necessary.
Availability to work all shifts, including Saturdays.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Capability to stand for extended periods.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
