Director of Sales Technology & Optimization
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Sales optimization strategies, including consistent sales stages for demand planning, driving Key Account Management reporting and analytics
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire sales tech stack
Partner with BU Sales & Global Marketing to align technology strategy with business goals
Drive alignment of key global processes as redefined from Sales Optimization initiatives to increase revenue
Collaborate with BU’s for change management around demand planning and CRM opportunity hygiene to improve pipeline accuracy
Analytics Management:
Establish performance metrics for Sales forecasting and demand planning
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive Key Account Management Health dashboard and analytics based on agreed OKRs in Sales
Strategic Initiatives:
Architect enterprise-wide CRM processes in collaboration with the Global & BU based Sales Operations leadership
Spearhead AI and machine learning adoption for sales intelligence and increase revenue opportunities
Drive digital transformation for the tools available to drive increased revenue for Sales teams
Support Key Accounts to create platform for strategic planning across BU’s
Enable Sales Compensation project with business case and plan
