QUALIFICATIONS: * EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience to include mass hiring events, entry-level through supervisory level hiring, screening for Management positions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Travel up to 50%, some overnight.

* Proven track record of building positive relationships with managers across multiple locations.

* Intermediate skills in the core competencies, including compliance, recruiting, and retention.

* Intermediate skills in customer service and client relations.

* Advanced communication skills, written and verbal.

* Experience with multiple ATS Systems * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

* Multilingual skills are a plus.

* PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Treat all information as confidential.

* Ability to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management, and clients.

* Must pass a drug test.

* Must meet requirements to obtain a security-sensitive identification bad * PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES * Post all internal and external positions under company guidelines.

* Work through the appropriate Regional HR manager when job fairs are needed to determine the best action and expense control.

* Maintain the open positions reports and establish recruiting plans for cities needing assistance in the hiring process.

* Provide direction for recruiting efforts within the company; utilize a broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements.

* Advise location managers/supervisors in employee retention efforts.

* Ability to strategically plan.

* Collect, analyze, and report recruiting data as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.
