EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience should include coordination of mass hiring events, screening from entry level to Management positions * Proven track record of building positive relationships with managers across multiple locations * Intermediate skills in compliance, recruiting, retention; customer service, client relations and communication skills both written and verbal * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Power Point * Meet necessary requirements to complete pre-employment screening and obtain a security sensitive identification badge.

* Multilingual skills are a plus * ATS Experience required, preferably ADP PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain and update company website for all open positions, job descriptions, set up for new users, and all activities involving the employment portion of our web page.

* Record, update, and analyze candidate data * Provide consistent recruitment updates to Regional Recruitment Managers and Hiring Managers * Request postings for all internal and external positions under company guidelines.

* Work with Regional Recruitment Manager when career fairs are needed * Maintain the open positions reports and establish recruiting plans for cities needing assistance in the hiring process * Provide direction for recruiting efforts within the company; utilize a broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements * Assist local management with the execution of employee retention efforts * Ability to perform a SWAT analysis on assigned stations * Treat all information as confidential * Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management and clients * Maintain E-verify and I-9 process for all new hires * Ability to travel up to 50% with some overnights stays * Research and create wage analysis for positions in a specific area * Actively particpate in the Safety Management System (SMS) * Other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
