Job Overview
Radix customers require innovative solutions that meet ever-evolving mission needs. In this role, the selected candidate will be part of a talented team of mission focused engineers and analysts tasked with providing software development and analytic support to the SIGINT mission, and developing innovative and complex solutions while supporting the next generation of world class satellite ground systems. System Engineers in particular help guide Radix's long-term vision and mission focus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, implement, and maintain software, analytic, or expert knowledge solutions to solve the Customer's most challenging problems
Act as the primary point of contact in program and External Interface Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and working groups
Responsible for the organization and definition of Internal Interfaces
Responsible for production of System Level CONOPS, Epic and Feature Elaborations, and Use Cases
Facilitate communication between the software development teams and program leadership
Occasional travel and off-sites to visit with the Customer
Provide critical feedback to Radix leadership on customer trends and needs

Salary Range:
The salary and compensation for this position will be determined based on skill level, experience, and education as applicable. These factors include, but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, ability to fulfill all job requirements, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, bargaining agreements (if any), or other applicable law.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity
Minimum of 10 years of Systems Engineering and/or SIGINT mission experience
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Agile Software Development
Experience with interface design, documentation, and implementation
Willingness to mentor, be mentored, and grow Radix's existing talent
Using gained program and domain knowledge to further Radix's core business efforts
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
Preferred Qualifications:
U.S. Government Adjudicated Full-Scope or Counterintelligence polygraph
SIGINT domain experience is highly desired
Automated Mission Management experience with space-based systems highly desired
Data Science, Python scripting experience
Software Development platform knowledge (Git, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Kafka, Nifi, etc.)
