Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
Minimum Relevant work experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and 02 years’ experience in Event Management or working with agencies.

Nestlé Gabon is currently looking for a Sales Operations Executive who will support the effective planning, monitoring and execution of trade activities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of agreed trade and shopper plans for own specific area in coordination with field sales
Accountable for uplifts agreed on activities aligned for own specific area in coordination with field sales team
Coordinates the various key stakeholders (external and internal) and processes to facilitate the implementation of all planned activities in his assigned area to ensure successful implementation of planned activities.
Checks and validates reports submitted by agencies on all activities conducted and takes actions to resolve all inconsistencies if necessary.
Consolidate the reports of all trade activities in assigned regions and forward same to Sales Operation Manager as per set deadline. "
Assist in the evaluation of the agencies by providing feedback on the execution of activities
Evaluates all Sales and Marketing activities supervised in his assigned territory by sharing key learnings, success factors and areas to improve to add value to the planning and execution of similar activities in the future
Analyze consumer/shopper habits and reactions in the point of purchase. Give input to the Channel Planning
Analyze trends in category across channels and look for new possibilities of POP materials in the channels
Analyze assortment and range effectiveness in different channel types
Develop and maintain database related our loyalty programs
Own loyalty programs implemented in their respective area
POPM Management
Asset management of POP Materials showing proper records of deployment, usage and audit-in-store situation (by channel)
Keeping up to date with the latest merchandising tools and trends
Monitor, control and ensure maintenance plans of POP Materials inventories are executed
Ensure effective deployment to identified relevant channels in the branch"
Team Leadership
Effective management of the POPM whilst working with FSS and Secondary sales force to improve merchandising & visibility of categories and products
Train & Develop People: Make use of every opportunity to develop skills of the Sales force in merchandising and visibility"
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and 02 years’ experience in Event Management or working with agencies.
Channel experience would be a plus.
Good leadership and teamworking skills
Good communication and reporting and presentation skills.
Usage of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
French fluent and English average (read, write, speak)
Driving license B
