Operations Manager

Join one of the leading names in waste-to-renewable energy. As the Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day management of the operations and maintenance teams at an anaerobic digestion site in Eden, WI.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a team of employees across operations and maintenance.

• Be responsible for the budget and efficiency of electric & gas output.

• Educate your team on the importance of health & safety.

• Build maintenance plans for equipment and oversee maintenance contractors on site.

• Handle repairs and equipment malfunctions.

• Draft standard operating procedures in coordination with the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant operations leadership experience in a busy environment.

• Strong leadership tactics and communication skills.

• Ability to educate your team and external contractors on the importance of health and safety where needed.

• Able to lift and/or push objects weighing up to 50lbs.
