Responsibilities:

Design and implement battery management systems (BMS) for lithium-ion batteries, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.

Develop algorithms for charge/discharge control, state-of-charge estimation, and thermal management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware and software integration.

Conduct testing and validation of BMS designs, analyzing data to improve functionality and efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory standards to enhance product development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field (master's preferred).

Five Year Experience in battery system design and manufacturing, with a focus on lithium-ion technology.

Experience in the development of high power and high voltage batteries

Proficiency in circuit design, simulation tools, and battery modeling software.

Strong knowledge of BMS architectures, algorithms, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C).

Problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in clean energy technologies.
