Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Program Manager, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring our Collector’s Edition programs to life. You will work dynamically from ideation through launch across multiple workstreams to deliver on each project’s objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own end-to-end new product development for each of your projects– including product positioning, product selection, R&D, compliance, packaging, and shipping.

Collaborate and support cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization—including sales, art, and production—and drive processes forward to bring products to life.

Build product strategy and roadmap, analyze competitive landscape, identify opportunities, design product suite, and define where to play / how to win.

Own relationships with key external stakeholders including suppliers, third-party service providers, and contract labor.

Executing product vision and ensuring that this vision consistently drives the product.

Work closely with leadership to execute against the company’s strategic objectives.

Become the in-house expert on new categories and capabilities, communicating insights, and building lasting knowledge for the full organization.

Inspiring a talented team of designers, artists, sales leads, and fellow coordinators to deliver their best work.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Able to demonstrate a consistent record of contributing to large-scale shipped products.

Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with the flexibility to support an environment where details can change quickly.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) Google Suite, amongst others.

Strong project/product management skills are needed to understand business strategy and technology and the ability to influence, collaborate and bring teams to success.

Mindfulness with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to remain focused.

Able to work efficiently and develop trusted relationships with different personalities and teams.

High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of getting things done and driving the process forward without supervision.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage many different stakeholders internally and externally.

A well-rounded communicator, collaborator, and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights.

A team player at heart who’s comfortable acting as a leader on select projects and as a contributor to others.

Ability to travel globally.

Willing and able to work (when needed) in the PM East Coast Time (8 pm – 10 pm) to coordinate with our production team and partners overseas.

PLUSES:

Experience working in the AAA games industry.

Experience with Basecamp, Monday, HubSpot, ClickUp or similar Project Management programs.

Experience with Adobe Photoshop and similar software.

Prior experience as a licensor or licensee of branded IP across entertainment.

Avid and passionate gamer.

Fan of toys and collectables.

Experience with overseas production.

Speaking Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
