Collaborate in developing a strategic plan for 5G site deployment, including partner selection criteria and market-specific analysis.
Support sourcing and supplier management, including negotiations and contract execution for site development services.
Assist in the creation and evaluation of RFPs related to site development.
Oversee the site acquisition process in coordination with internal project management offices and adapt processes based on insights and lessons learned.
Ensure site development partners adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and deliverable expectations throughout the acquisition and development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure, wireless deployment, or a related field.
Strong understanding of zoning, permitting, and site acquisition processes.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors to meet project timelines.
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with RF design principles and internal ticketing systems is a plus.
