A well-established and design-focused architecture firm in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Architect to join its growing team.

This firm is known for producing thoughtful, client-driven design work that blends aesthetics with functionality—serving a diverse portfolio of discerning residential and commercial clients across the region.

What You’ll Do:

Lead architectural projects from concept through construction administration

Develop and present design concepts that respond to client needs and site conditions

Produce detailed drawings, models, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

Oversee junior designers and contribute to team growth and mentorship

Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and building standards

Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and on-site coordination

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Architect in the state of Ohio

NAAB-accredited degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)

5+ years of experience in professional practice, preferably with a mix of residential and commercial projects

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion

Strong design sensibility with a detail-oriented approach

Excellent communication and project management skills

Must be based in Columbus or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role
