Land Development Project Manager, Homebuilding

Due to our continued growth in Columbus, we are currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager.

The Land Development Project Manager position responsible for:

achieving lot delivery goals (cost, quality and schedule) for assigned projects.

managing all aspects of residential land development including conducting due diligence, evaluating site conditions, working with municipalities & reviewing agencies, and overseeing public and private utility contractors, site contractors & landscape contractors.

supporting the creation of the site development budget and required internal reporting and documentation for all land development projects.

Job Requirements

College Degree with focus on Civil Engineering, Construction Management or knowledge gained through work experience.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive between work sites.

Experience with site development and engineering.

Demonstrated experience reading engineering plans.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to leverage relationships.
