Project Manager Oracle Simphony POS / NetSuite Inventory (Contract)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Simphony POS and NetSuite Inventory Management at one of our clients. This role requires hands-on experience managing technology rollouts in retail, hospitality, or similar operational environments where point-of-sale and inventory systems are critical to business success.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of project leadership, system knowledge, and stakeholder management to drive the program from planning through execution and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and integration of Oracle Simphony POS and NetSuite Inventory Management systems.

Work closely with the client’s business, operations, and technology teams to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria.

Manage day-to-day project activities, including project planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and issue resolution.

Coordinate across vendors, client teams, and third-party partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership.

Identify process changes, training needs, and operational impacts required for successful adoption.

Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementation.

Direct experience with Oracle Simphony POS required; NetSuite Inventory Management experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing POS, ERP, or inventory system rollouts.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience working in hospitality, food service, retail, or multi-location environments is a plus.

Role requires onsite presence in Anaheim 3–4 days per week.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
