What You’ll Do:

Lead and execute civil/site projects from start to finish

Communicate with clients and develop new business opportunities

Coordinate with environmental, ecological, and surveying teams

Provide technical reviews of Civil Engineering deliverables

Mentor junior staff and support professional growth

Attend industry and client meetings to expand connections

What We’re Looking For:

B.S. in Civil Engineering

8+ years’ experience in civil/site engineering

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

Strong leadership, mentorship, and client-facing skills

Experience managing projects and preparing proposals
