Our internationally recognized client is in need of a Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirements
Develop business requirements and functional specifications for medium to large-sized projects
Create complex technical and functional user documentation
Troubleshooting issues for existing reports and dashboards
Recognize, identify and document changes to existing business processes and identifies new opportunities for process developments and improvements
Actively influence software development process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working with product development, demand management, product life cycle, and innovation solutions
Experience with full lifecycle solution development, from gathering requirements through build, test, deploy, and support
Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications on complex or large projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization
